浦上秀樹

1973年2月埼玉県上尾市生まれ。春日部市在住。
21歳の時、筋肉が徐々に減少していく進行性の病気、
遠位型ミオパチーを発症。体のすべての感覚、動かしたいと思う意思はあるものの、腕や足などを動かす筋肉を必要とする部分をほとんど動かせない状態となる。2010年口に筆をくわえて「こころMoji（自らの心を投影するコトバをひらがなにして漢字の中にいれ、字にもう一つ意味を持たせたアート作品）」を始める。

Artist’s Biography
Kokoro Moji is KANJI (Japanese characters adopted from Chinese characters)
with a contained HIRAGANA(modern Japanese writing system) message.
KANJI has its own meaning but Kokoro Moji is the designed KANJI contained artist’s unique message.
Kokoro Moji (“ heart characters” )artist Hideki Urakami was born 1973 in Saitama.
In 1993, at the age of 21, he was diagnosed with distal myopathy,
a disease characterized by progressive wasting of distal muscles.
As a result of this, he is unable to move his hands and legs,
or any other parts of the body requiring muscle action for movement.
In 2010, he started Kokoro Moji (“ heart characters” ) by holding a brush in
his mouth to create his unique artworks.
